One day on Twitter: Tracking Ebola tweets

This is part of a project to better understand spatial and temporal distribution of tweets. Who tweets? Which countries tweet the most? Why do people tweet? How can we use Twitter to better understand social questions?

This animation doesn't provide the answers. But it does establish some of the methods necessary to get towards those answers.
